基隆市偵查隊日前獲報指稱，有詐騙集團假冒檢察官、警官身分，以涉嫌詐領健保為由，要求被害人繳納「司法保證金」，先行通過金融檢查，才能避免不受司法追訴等手法，與基隆1名王姓婦人取得聯繫，並成功誘騙她上當，雙方相約基隆交款。
警方調查，車手首領「皮卡丘」從中國發話，遠端遙控「火箭龜」、「可達鴨」收取詐款，由於該詐騙集團涉案不只一起，正擴大清查及追查上游中，林、吳姓犯嫌坦承犯案，詢後依刑法詐欺罪嫌移送地檢署偵辦。
